What you need to know:
If you are new to Yoga Zone and just want to try it out: Get our INTRO DEAL:
10 CLASSES within 2 weeks for just R120
- All ages and body types are welcome – no previous experience is required
- All classes accommodate for beginners (unless otherwise indicated)
- Come WELL-HYDRATED, not on a full stomach and with an open mind
Attend our FREE BEGINNER VINYASA CLASSES
Thursdays at 7:30pm
An instructive class where we demonstrate, practice and become familiar with the key postures and sequences of Vinyasa Yoga. It’s informative, fun and a boost to your yoga if you’re just starting – or just curious….
Signing Up…
- We don’t take bookings; reception opens 30 minutes before class. Be early, particularly for the busy evening classes
- Register and pay for your Intro Deal when you come to your first class
What do I need?
- Water (though we do sell bottled water for R10/bottle)
- Large towel (bring two towels if you are showering here)
- Yoga mat (available for hire at R10)
What do I wear?
- Wear light, fitted aerobic gear such as sports-bras, gym pants, swimming trunks etc. Avoid any bulky clothing.
