Creators of Jivamukti Yoga For the first time in South Africa February 2010
The Jivamukti workshop was a resounding success. David and Sharon’s landmark visit drew yogis from far-flung reaches of the country, bringing people together in celebration of yoga. The workshops were a blend of philosophical learning applied within an asana context. Sequences were upbeat and fun, at the same time, intuitive and deep. We loved the crazy yoga tunes and quirky sense of humour. David and Sharon shared their skill and wisdom, but most importantly their spirits and zest for life. We’ll be high on the experience for months to come! Thank you!
Exposure to latest yoga trends helps to take Cape Town out of isolation. We hope that the Jivamukti workshop is the first of many visits from top teachers. Watch this space!...
