We endevour to offer you (our yoga students) a range of class styles and packages to best suit your lifestyles while maintaining the integrity of the yoga we teach. For some the 90 minute Bikram class requires too much time out of your day and for others it may be too demanding a practice.
For these reasons we have trimmed the class down to a 60 minute session by doing only one set of the breathing exercises and only one set of some of the other postures. This gives you the full Bikram class package in an abbreviated, more approachable format.
The Bikram Express class is a great one for beginners while still offering more experienced students opportunity to cultivate and deepen their practice.
